Song for the tenth doctor

This is a video made by me
this is why i made this video, the reason i made this,is because yesterday,i listened to a song on itunes, the song was called End by Secondhand Serenade, then when i listened to it,i thought of the tenth doctor, leaving, regenerating,so i made this video.
Lyrics:
Don't let me drown
Don't let me down

I tried to be
I can't get you out of my lonely mind
I'm suffering
How did I die

Doctor Who The Waters Of Mars New Trailer International Version 27th July

David And Russell On TV In San Diego This Morning

David and Russell T Davies appeared on TV channel CW6 in San Diego this morning. Watch the interview below:

About what happened at comic con Doctor Who

0.14am: It's Sunday morning in San Diego, and more than 4000 people have queued up to file into the second largest hall in San Diego's convention center. Now, they've promised they won't be releasing any news here today, but just in case, I'll do this live.

At the moment, the moderator is introducing the panel. There were cheers and calls of 'WE LOVE YOU RUSSELL!' for Mr T Davies. But there was a full on rock star reception for David Tennant. Standing ovation, girls screaming. Everything.

10.17am: Kicking off with an announcement. An announcement about no announcement: There will be NO announcement about a movie today. Because there is no movie, says Julie Gardner.Oh. May as well leave it there, then.

But is it something that people want?

The screams are deafening.

10.19am: They show the trailer for Tennant's last excursion as Doctor Who. Many cheers for the appearance of Catherine Tate. And many many more when the voice whispers: "He returns" and a blonde John Simm turns around, and you hear his voice saying "My name. Is. The MASTER'

Wooooooooo!
But then, this crowd says 'WOOOOO' a lot. This panel has high woo factor, though.
Hurrah! I mean, WOO.

10.21am (in San Diego, I mean, in case you're wondering. It's teatime in the UK): Good questions from the moderator, but nothing revelatory:

What's the cultural impact on Doctor Who in its homeland?
we quite like it, apparently, according to RTD and Tennant (like they would say anything else: only this time it happens to be true). It's part of the cultural collective memory because it's been around so long: David Tennant feels weird about having his face on cakes (I would make some filthy note about many people gladly eating David Tennant's face here, but I think it not proper or fitting) - Russell T feels strange (but ebullient) about having the innards of his brain splashed onscreen.

The crowd kep screaming out questions: "Why are you LEAVING?!" being the main one.

10.30am: A fan calls out 'I LOVE YOU DAVID!" Tennant replies that "We love *you* - each one of you, but in a slightly different individual way". the wee flirt.

The man from the Guinness Book of Records arrives and hands over a plaque declaring Doctor Who to be not only the longest running sci-fi programme ever but also ... I don't know, they started mumbling. OOH, that's dodgy, isn't it? Can something really be long-running if it has a big frakking (intentional, yes) gap in the middle?

10.34am: When asked about his favourite moments; Tennant gives the usual, beautiful answer about the last four years being the most incredible of his life.

They talk a little about the last episode; and about showing it to the composer and how, halfway through the second episode, he started shaking and sobbing. Tissues, they warn, will be necessary.

Another question from the audience: one about how John Barrowman stole things from the Doctor Who set, and what Tennant might have stolen from the set. he says nothing - but says that one of his coats disappeared from the set during the last episodes (which was a problem because - he's careful to avoid spoilers - one of the coats had to get 'compromised')

Gardner argues that Barrowman possibly only stole things for the chance of getting frisked on the way out.

10.44am: Tennant just got asked if he would be returning any time. He said, and I quote: "Well, nothing's planned, no one knows what might happen. But, well, 2013 is the 50th anniversary, isn't it? NO! Wait! That's not an announcement! Don't twitter that!"

Immediately the three TV writers on my twitter stream twittered it. As did I. And now I'm liveblogging it. Sorry, duckie.

10.51am: The 10th doctor will be appearing in an episode called 'The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith'. And, related to that, Tennant tells a lovely story about one of his favourite moments as a fan/Doctor was hearing Elizabeth Sladen call him the Doctor during a table read. "Suddenly this voice from my childhood was calling me The Doctor" - it's a very sweet moment.

10.52am: Every single question so far is for David ... until right now: when a girl so nervous and excited about talking to the David/RTD that she can barely speak, asks if Russell has any plans for Torchwood: he has lots he says - but there'll be more about that in the Torchwood panel this afternoon (which I might just carry on in this blog if that's ok) - but "When you're dead you're dead. Sorry".

Another for Russell T - "Why did you cast John Barrowman as an American"
asks one chap - turns out they tried him as Scottish, and perhaps even English, but they tried those with Barrowman only, they really targetted him for the part. And, you know, he's American and stuff.

10.56am: Oh, sorry, I forgot this bit from earlier: Tennant was asked a question about how he felt abotu being the fastest Doctor to take the lap on Top Gear (yes, that has a big following here too). He replied that he was still sore that Billie Piper got her time bumped down/up the chart because she was wearing a see-through top. "And if Billie Piper didn't have such great breasts, I would be faster than Billie! So unfair!"

Stay classy, Top Gear!

11.00am: At the news there's only time for two more questions, the audience gets very sad. And then there's a question from an 11-year-old, who begins "Hello David my name is Ariel and I am 11-years-old and I just LOVE you." and the room explodes with cuteness. She asks him if he was a teacher, what kind of teacher he would be. Weirdly, while he is thinking, the audience starts shouting out suggestions. I hear at least two calls of 'Physics' and three of 'Spanish' from near me. Which is just WEIRD.

They say goodbye, and tennant takes a victory lap around the panel table, and poses with the crowd for Doctor Who confidential. So, when you see that: I'm the one at the back of the other 4500 people. And I'm typing.

11.11am: From another TV writer I know is in the audience, on his twitter account: "He's very enthused and full of energy and he's quite clearly going to be brilliant, which is annoying." Tennant on Smith.

And he was, they were all very positive, and glowing about the eleventh doctor. "There is no one who has worked with Matt in the UK who doesn't rave about him" said Tennant, who also told a really lovely story about how, when he was a kid (when asked about his favourite Doctor) - he thought there could never be a greater doctor than Tom Baker, who was his first Doctor, and absolute favourite ... until three weeks after Peter Davison started. Then HE was he favourite.

And for this audience, who are a mixture of new and old fans of the series, but clearly very big fans of Tennant, that's a really good thing to hear. Well, that and that he's probably coming back for a movie, released in 2013.
I'm kidding.

New 11th Doc look!

Doctor Who fans are being given their first glimpse of what Matt Smith looks like as the 11th Doctor, as filming for the new series gets under way in Wales.

The latest Time Lord's look has moved away from pinstripe suit and specs to include a tweed jacket, bow tie, rolled up trousers and black boots.

Matt Smith is taking over the Tardis from David Tennant, whose last episodes will be shown at the end of the year.

He's being joined by Karen Gillan, who plays his new companion Amy Pond.

Arriving on set for his first day of filming, Matt said: "I feel very privileged and proud to be part of this iconic show.

"The scripts are brilliant - I'm excited about the future and all the brilliant adventures I get to go on as the Doctor."

It's a fresh start for the hit sci-fi series as there's a new team behind the scenes too, with Steven Moffat taking over as lead writer and executive producer.

"Matt and Karen are going to be incredible," he said.

"Doctor Who is going to come alive on Saturday nights in a whole new way."

John Barrowman suffers eye injury in TV car smash.

The TORCHWOOD star John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness),had a car accident while shooting a TV show, the News Of The World reports that Barrowman was filming a race for the Five show fifth gear when he lost control of the turbo-powered Subaru he was driving.
The accident, which will be shown on Monday's edition of the show, comes three years after Richard Hammond was seriously injured when he crashed his Dragster while filming Top Gear.

"I'm lucky to walk away unscathed," Barrowman said. "I got a ticking off from my mum afterwards."

Great Scot, Doc, Who's the girl?

The new Doctor Who's companion is going to be called Amy and (drumroll, please) she'll have a Scottish accent!

Played by the lovely Karen Gillan, Amy will be assisting David Tennant's successor Matt Smith - who I reckon is going to be fantastic as the new Time Lord.

Rumours abound that there'll be some hot chemistry between them, just as there was with Rose and David's Doctor.

Steven Moffat, who's taking over from Russell T Davies as the show's boss, is a huge fan of the 21-year-old. He says she's "funny and clever and gorgeous and sexy.

Doctor Who in the house: David Tennant at Comic-Con and the rumors are flying

Is David Tennant coming to Comic-con International to say goodbye ... or to announce the start of something big? The time traveler is on the clock when it comes to his signature role — the announced plan is that he will leave the character behind after a series of specials that will air on the BBC next year — but there has been speculation across the Atlantic that he is coming to San Diego to announce a Doctor Who feature film. Could it be true? It seems unlikely to me, but (ahem) time will tell. The Doctor Who panel at Comic-Con promises to be one of the must-see moments this year, and we're pleased to report that the Sunday morning session (July 26, 10 a.m., Ballroom 20) will be moderating by Los Angeles Times television critic Robert Lloyd, whose dry wit is a perfect fit for the occasion. "Doctor Who" creative force Russell T. Davies, director Euros Lyn and executive producer Julie Gardner will all be on stage also. Do you have a question for the good Doctor or his compatriots?

Doctor Who Sponges Off Wet Monster on Mars

When it’s not trying to be funny or melodramatic, the 21st Century version of Doctor Who can be downright creepy. And, it looks like outgoing executive producer Russell T. Davies is heading that way with the next 2009 special, “The Waters of Mars”.

Written by Davies with Phil Ford (Torchwood) and directed by Graeme Harper, a newly released image (right) and a preview clip from bbc1 hint that Who is returning to that well-roasted sci-fi chestnut of alien possession for the November broadcast.

“Mars” will be 2009’s second Doctor Who special as the show takes a year off from full-time production. David Tennant’s Doctor will return for a two-part farewell/regeneration story around Christmas before Matt Smith takes over the role in 2010.

Of course, that’s all contingent on whatever announcement Davies and Tennant are brining to Comic-Con in a couple weeks. Stay tuned.

TORCHWOOD Children Of Earth Day 2 Review and Spoilers( (if you haven't watch it)

Review:
OH MY GOD!Jack Harkness is going to have to get the decorators in to repair the Torchwood office. It's been given a brand new skylight by the military force associated with the Home Office. And yet no-one's going to question this vast underground bunker under central Cardiff, are they?

Yet with the Torchwood HQ blasted wide open is the least of Jack and Co's problems. Here we go with my recap and review of Children Of Earth, Day 2.

Spoilers:

Major spoilers ahead, so cover your eyes if you're a transatlantic type...

With Jack out of the way, most of the action in this episode focusses on Ianto and Gwen. Both are reeling from the attempt on their lives. It quickly becomes apparent that the government is somehow behind the attack, but Gwen still has faith in the Home Office.

She picks up Rhys and the two go on the run, heading for London in order to get the word to their Home Office contact. Along the way, Gwen proves herself to be far more capable than she's been in the last two series: she's ruthless, businesslike and an expert markswoman. Rhys, on the other hand, provides an excellent comic foil - his daft practicalities "let me hold your bag...so you have your hands free to shoot" and smuggling Gwen into a potato lorry bound for London were an excellent contrast to the severity of the situation.

They get unexpected help from Lois Habiba, a temp PA working for the nefarious John Frobisher. She tells them that Frobisher placed the kill order on Jack.

Meanwhile, Ianto is on the run. He gets a message to his sister to bring him a laptop, and the sister uses some classic Cardiff sink estate tactics to evade the people who are watching her house - sending her husband and a bunch of neighbours out to challenge them.

And while Jack doesn't get much screen time in this episode, we are shown some pretty impressive ability to regenerate from just a handful of body parts that were scavenged from the wreckage of Torchwood. It's OK when he's a skeleton, but when his tissue starts to regrow, he screams in agony. His trials become a lot worse when Agent Johnson decides to contain him...in a huge block of cement! Effective, but in no way subtle.

However, Gwen and Ianto hatch a plan to rescue Jack. Gwen and Rhys infiltrate the compound where Jack is being held, but on the verge of being captured, Ianto bursts through the wall in a forklift and makes off with concrete Jack. After eluding the agents, they tip Jack's concrete block off the edge of a quarry, freeing him. Hooray!

Elsewhere, the impending alien invasion seems to be going ahead as planned, despite the aliens foolishly asking the British government to build something for them. Haven't they read about government projects? Fortunately, this one comes in on time and presumably within budget - the aliens (the 456?) have requested a glass chamber filled with a poisonous gas.

Anyway, now that Jack and the team are reunited, we can get on with the serious business of this strange invasion. We can ask "Who are the 456?" and "Why are the British government so keen to do their bidding?" and "Why communicate via all the children on Earth?"

So many questions, looking forward to tomorrow's big episode. Roll out the red carpet for our new alien overlords...

Torchwood: Children Of Earth, Day One(DO NOT READ IT IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN TORCHWOOD DAY 1)

Owen and Tosh are remembered by a simple photograph stuck to a work station, and the Torchwood Three are learning how to keep on keeping on.

Jack and Ianto's relationship has moved beyond stopwatches. Ianto's getting angsty coming-out issues, and his sister spotted him dining with a gentleman caller. Having survived the unfortunate Nostrovite incident on her wedding day, Gwen is pregnant for real, giving Rhys the capacity for a whole new world of put-upon looks that say "this wouldn't have happened if I'd married that nice Debbie Watkins from the youth club."

And Captain Jack has a daughter! Heaven knows what happened the day Sally researched her family history, but she doesn't like the idea of having a dad who will never age. Despite not being quite disgusted enough to move away from Cardiff, she's cut Jack out of her life all the same. And she's quick to twig the real reason he suddenly wants to visit his grandson.

Oh yes, because now the cameras have arrived, there's trouble afoot. At 8:40 on a Monday morning, every child in the world stopped in their tracks. Ianto's sister Rhiannon put it down to mass hysteria, like when loads of girls faint at once. But what looks like an unfortunate series of road traffic accidents takes on a more sinister tone when it happens again and children all over the world start repeating the mantra "we are coming"(CREEPY) in a ridiculous God-of-hellfire voice. And in English.(AWESOME)

One person who knows more than he ought is John Frobisher – Peter Capaldi exorcising In the Thick of It's Malcolm Tucker for an altogether more sinister kind of civil servant – one who was instrumental in a 1965 alien cover-up that's coming back to bite him on the ass. "Civil servants are the cockroaches of government," observes his shadowy colleague Mr Dekker, who you can tell knows even more than Frobisher. Together they named the sinister alien threat the 456 after its hailing frequency, and the prime minister is washing his hands of all responsibility. We should also keep an eye on Frobisher's marvellously named assistant Bridget Spears.

Gwen meanwhile is using her special skill of "compassion" to interrogate mental patient Timothy White, the only adult who was also channelling the 456. He's significantly traumatised by the events of 1965 to have abandoned his old identity as Celement MacDonald. Tim/Clem can smell Gwen's pregnancy, and he's been able to smell the 456 returning for months.

With a fresh crisis on the way, Torchwood needs a new medic. And with Martha dispatched on honeymoon (or Law and Order UK on the other side), it's left to Jack and Ianto to snare handsome Dr Rupesh, from the local A&E. The pair don't take long to get excited, thinking of new and intriguing ways they can school him in the ambient sexuality that's a contractual obligation of working for the Institute. I hate Rupesh almost instantly – simply because he isn't Martha – so it's some relief when he's revealed to be a sneak and a turncoat working for shadowy assassin Johnson, played by Liz May Brice (Pat Kerrigan from Bad Girls.

And after a good 50 minutes of set-up, we finally get some action. Rupesh kills Jack(OMG); Johnson plants a bomb in Jack's belly and kills Rupesh before Jack resurrects. With a whole world of trouble brewing, Jack finds the bomb through Gwen's alien ultrasound, gets the two mortals out, and goes boom, taking the expensive Hub set with him ...(OH NO)

Torchwood is a amazing success!

Torchwood gamble appears to have paid off , after its new run in a different format pulled in six million viewers.(WOW)

The ratings for the Doctor Who spin-off were significantly higher than for its previous two series.

It is running for five nights this week - a move away from the old 13-episode weekly format.

But star John Barrowman complained cutting down Torchwood: Children of Earth felt like the cast was "being punished".

The show started on BBC3 in 2006 but moved to BBC1 this year. It originally had 2.4million viewers, rising to 3.7million for the second series on BBC2.

He is like fire, burning through time
As old as forever, but fast in his prime
I saw his blue spaceship materialise
He stepped out and said to me, "run for your life!"
I don't know why I never thought to ask him for his name
But I really don't think he'd have told me the truth anyway
But you know, that's ok
It's completely terrifying but it's so so exciting
He said I was brilliant and I could change the world
So many places I've been and there's so much more to see
We've got galaxies and planets and moons
And an awful lot of running to do

As a full-time companion he gave me a key
And a phone with a signal in every galaxy
As we fell through the vortex I felt so free
Please don't let this danger just be another dream
Because my life before you was unreasonably mundane
I've never been happier although we face death every day
I wouldn't have it any other way
It's completely terrifying but it's so so exciting
He said I was brilliant and I could change the world
So many places I've been and there's so much more to see
We've got galaxies and planets and moons
And an awful lot of running to do

Could David Tennant, Euros Lyn and Russell T Davies be about to take Doctor Who to the big screen?

Reports circling this morning suggest that the much-mooted Doctor Who movie could be about to be announced at the forthcoming Comic-Con in San Diego. Already we know that the Doctor Who team are sending a panel for the first time, and now the rumour is that it will be used as a platform to announce the first big screen adventure for the Time Lord in many decades. Given that Primeval has already been confirmed for a big screen adventure, there's thinking that it was only a matter of time before Doctor Who would get its chance.

It had been reported already that Russell T Davies had had meetings in America, although whether they were Who-specific or not had not been confirmed. Yet the presence of Davies and David Tennant at the Comic-Con event does indicate some smoke to his particular fire. We already know, as BBC Films had previously confirmed it, that a script for a feature film is in development, and the BBC would presumably be keen for Tennant to take on the big screen adventures, given just how popular a Doctor he's become. He, of course, has all but done filming for his small screen tenure in the role.

BleedingCool is, furthermore, reporting that director Euros Lyn - who has helmed Torchwood: Children Of Earth as well as several Who episodes - has been approached to call the shots on the movie. It suggests that the film could arrive in 2011, and that Russell T Davies would be penning the script.

We'll keep an eye on this story, obviously, and with Comic-Con kicking off on July 23rd, we suspect we haven't got long to wait to find out if it's true or not...

My friends wonderful lovely dream

This Story is about a dream that is waiting to happen, here goes!

One Saturday evening, we are all sat on the hill. a beautiful starry night, there I lay kissing David Tennant, while you two snuggle under the stars, the bight moon, stares over us, making us feel warm, doing nothing but hearing the heart beat of our love ones, but sadly we had to stop for the moment, as John and David, needed to Pee in a bush. Men these days! Slowly as they walked away, we turned head to head, and smiled, with such greatness, and scream in silence, a quick huggle was given from us to each other, as the dream has final come true, I knew Jayde would turn john straight, seeing those lovely eyes, made John realise what he has missed all these years of being Gay. But Jayde clearly told him, she never had a problem with him being gay. Where as for me, I went searching and didn’t have to do much for David, but to tell him, I wanted him. Easy job that was. Eh?
Within 2 minutes, David and John returned from man nature, sitting down from behind, and having us sit on their lap. There we were sitting on their lap, head lent back on their shoulders. “Ahhh” we both sighted in happiness.
Soon firework came shooting into the sky in the middle of no where, right in front of us, brightly coloured.
We started to get cold, both John and David felt us shiver slightly, rapping their Jackets around us, and their soft warm hugs, and soon we were lovely warm. About an hour later, they told us, they wouldn’t be long, leaving us along, by the fire, with their jacket around us, eating roasted marshmallows, and drinking hot chocolate, and sighs, as they wasn’t around then wolverine, just run pass butt naked !
Waiting and waiting, and surely after an hour or so, they came back, with tuck load of stuff. And when I say tuck loads, I mean lots of food, and drinks, and best of, somewhere to sleep. Yet me and Jayde thought, that staying in a small tent is slightly strange, so there we sat, and watching them put it up.
Once it was set up, John and David, lent their hand us, and both Jayde and I, met hands with them, taking us inside, and all we would say was “woooooow” why? Well the tent reminded us a lot like the TARDIS, bigger on the insides. Jayde asked John, where about he got a Tent from, if it was the middle of the night, and how it got so big inside. ? David and John came up from behind us, giving us a hug, and a kiss on the neck. John told us that he had safety nicked it from Harry Potter, Jayde laught, giving John arse a playful slap, John grinned after that David Lead me to his side of the room, and Jayde got lead with John, getting undressed, both John and David asked if they could sleep Naked. We look back to them, then back to each other, and smiled, as we looked back we nodded “Heck yeah, go for it.” We both told them, but of course me and Jayde, slept in night clothes, yet we still could feel every part of their body touch us, and just before we slept, John and David sang us a bed time song “Us against the world”, and slowly as the song came to an end, we slept close together, nothing but a all night hug, with John Barrowman leg over Jayde, who hug him back like a teddy bear, with me the same idea too!
